Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model that allows you to access your provider directly — without insurance interference, rushed visits, or hidden fees.

You pay a flat monthly fee that covers your care. That’s it.

Your membership includes:

• In person & virtual visits — scheduled as needed

• Same- or next-day appointments — no waiting weeks to be seen

• Direct messaging with your provider — via phone, text, or email

• Extended appointment times — 30 to 60 minutes (or more if needed)

• Annual physicals & wellness visits — focused on prevention, not just paperwork

• Chronic disease management — for diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, and more

• Sick visits when you need them — for sinus infections, stomach bugs, etc.

• Transparent lab pricing — no surprise bills or confusing codes

• Mental health support — for anxiety, depression, burnout, and beyond

• Lifestyle & nutrition guidance — tailored to your individual goals

• Care coordination — for imaging, specialists, and follow-up care

• Discounted prescriptions — convenient and cost-conscious access when appropriate

We recommend that you keep a high-deductible plan or health-sharing plan for emergencies, hospital care, or major procedures.

But for everyday healthcare — checkups, sick visits, and ongoing support — your Desert Willow membership covers it all.

We don’t bill insurance, which keeps costs clear and care personal.

In some cases, you may also use your insurance if it offers a better value — and we’re happy to help you navigate that.

Our goal is always to find the most affordable and accessible option for your care.

Labs, imaging, and medications are not included in the monthly membership fee. However, we’ve partnered with transparent vendors to offer significantly discounted cash pricing on many of these services.

We coordinate your care and refer you to trusted specialists when needed.
